Kalim Wells of Tri-State Insurance had a hankering for a Mexican cantina risk when he found Big “I” Markets and our Restaurant Casual Dining Pac – Travelers Select program. So what was Mr. Wells hungry for?

“I was looking for additional markets that you can’t get unless you can roll a book over, compared to the big agencies with million dollar books,” Wells said.

After submitting the risk Kalim was quickly served a quote piping hot.

“It’s always better when you can submit and get it, in this case in under 24 hours,” Wells continued.

Dessert was even better as Kalim’s restaurant experience went from the initial submission to bound coverage in under 36 hours. As for his “server,” underwriter Tom Spires, Wells was satisfied. “Tom was great to work with, really efficient,” Wells said. “Everything went smoothly.”
