Goodness, gracious, great balls of fire! October was the largest month to date nationally for new business with the MiddleOak® habitational program, with $348,347 bound, which brought the total written premium to $1,603,869 just for the month of October! Lots written in November, too! Are you taking advantage of your member access to this unique program? Join our Big “I” Markets agents who have accessed this program from Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Virginia, Indiana, Arizona and… you get the idea. Agents are tapping into MiddleOak to cover their clients and you can too.

What is available?

  • The WORLDS APART® apartment program

MiddleOak’s underwriting approach is to offer the Professional Property Owner quality coverage at a competitive price. The depth of management skills and experience is reflected in the pricing of the overall risk. MiddleOak insures regardless of property age as long as the properties have been updated within the last 30 years.

  • CAPSure®

            Community Association Program

This product is tailored to insure many segments of the community association market where MiddleOak’s more flexible pricing tools and coverage options allow them to underwrite profitably. They have designed coverage, pricing structure and underwriting approach to offer insurance to a very broad spectrum of community association risks and even can include “Allin” coverage to minimize those multipolicy condo disputes.

  • Vacation Income Property (VIP) Program

Vacation rental exposures often create difficult circumstances for owners looking for protection. The VIP product is designed for secondary or seasonal use of one and twofamily vacation rental homes and condominium units – owner use is OK too! This type of property must be professionally managed and maintained via contract with a local property management or real estate firm, caretaker or insured with multiple years of experience renting to others. Properties are typically written in their own name and or with multiple owners, the name of a Trust, LLC, or business. These properties are traditionally located on ski area resorts, lake communities, golf and mountain destinations.
