VU.logoSo, I’m sitting at my desk this morning working on content for my next blog post, when I get a text from our CEO Aubie Knight who is visiting the Georgia Capitol today as this is week one of the 2013 Legislative session. It says: “Just got this from a member:  “Just got another claim paid thanks to Virtual University! Great Service. Thanks!” ”.  I love getting real-time testimonials from our members. It shows what we’re doing here for you really WORKS!

Members using the Big “I” Virtual University sometimes need answers to questions that they
can’t find in the Research Library, Classrooms or Student Lounge. In such instances, we
have a volunteer faculty of experts who can usually answer, or find an answer, to your
questions.

The VU faculty has responded to well over 10,000 questions ranging from insurance coverage and claims problems to compensation and agency valuation questions and is often content providers for the VU.

Ask an Expert is a Big “I” Members-only resource at VU.
